  Terrible experience with Ten Inverness. I booked a room for Friday-Saturday and noted in the booking that I would be arriving at 8 after work on Friday. The booking said check in is until 6 (odd for a place less than 2 hours from SF). I tried to call, though slightly after 6 to see what the process was for check in and never heard back, never received an email response with any indication of how I would check in. I called several times, no answer. Rather than risk not being able to get into the B&B I went home instead. Finally I was able to talk to Kai the next day and tried to reschedule. He refused to reschedule for a weekend. And he didn't listen, didn't compromise, kept proposing that I come during the week, didn't seem to hear that I couldn't, I work. Awful experience, getaway shot to pieces, I will never try to book there again. All he cares about is his revenue. Frankly by being so short-sighted he's lost more revenue than gained, he won't have a repeat customer and for sure I will spread the awful experience to friends.
